What may make the hydraulic calibration difficult?
Lack of plans or precised calculation of system capacity demand
No matter if the investment is just beginning to develop or it’s already in use. Still proper flow measurmet is being made very rarely.
Various length and concentration of the heating loop
They have direct impact on the flow meters set. All has to be measured and adjusted oftenly, if we want to get equal temperature in the whole heating zone.
The quality and completion of the underfloor heating system
The proper installation of each layer is very important for proper system functioning but not for each we do have an impact.
The type of used floor
Tiles in the kitchen area and panels in open-space living zone? It really affects on efficiency of your UFH system. Depending on used materials, heating distribution and pereciving of it will be different.
Arrangement of heated rooms or a make-over

Low quality or constantly exploating flow meters

If weather breakdown comes once the calibration is finished, it may be impossible for the system to ensure the accurate temperature in the room. The flometers have to be set again.
